A service department in Raleigh
You are not sending the boat to another city. Our Raleigh technicians carry out the work at 8804 Gulf Court, a short tow from most of the Triangle. Every SouthTown technician is factory trained, at all three of our locations.
We come to your dock
Our dock-side coverage runs all the way to the Virginia line and beyond it, so wherever you keep the boat you are covered at no extra cost.
Questions about the packages
What is included in the Basic Package?
The Basic Package costs $1,595 against an approximate value of $2,550, and includes two oil changes, V-drive fluid, transmission fluid, engine winterization, ballast winterization, de-winterization, a raw water impeller, and free dock-side service.
What is included in the Gold Package?
The Gold Package costs $2,955 against an approximate value of $4,150. It includes everything in the Basic Package, a third oil change, plus engine alignment and ballast impellers.
What is the difference between the Basic and Gold Packages?
The Gold Package adds engine alignment and ballast impellers, and includes three oil changes instead of two. Everything else is the same.
Which engines are covered?
These packages cover all Indmar, PCM and Ilmor engines, and the price is the same for every engine. There is no surcharge for a particular engine option.
How far does the free dock-side service reach?
Free dock-side service is included with both packages throughout North Carolina, South Carolina and lower Virginia. That reaches every lake in the region, right up to and over the Virginia line, not only the well known ones.
Does the price go up later in the season?
No. Paying up front fixes the price for everything in your package. If labor or parts pricing rises later in the season, it does not apply to the work you have already paid for.
